Personal data protection - GDPR
Code 420 s.r.o. is the operator of the e-shop www.gurufarm.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "operator"). The operator is a business entity. It means that all collected data is used to support the business and services of the www.gurufarm.cz e-shop.
According to the GDPR, personal data is collected that is considered GDPR-protected data.

- History related to visiting www.gurufarm.cz
- IP address
Purpose of data collection, processing and profiling
The operator collects personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing products and services to customers.
- Informing customers and potential customers about new products and other news of an informational and marketing nature.
Data collection:
All information collected about individuals is collected through an order or contact form. The operator does not use data about individuals from external sources.
Data combination and profiling:
The operator does not provide any personal information to third parties, with the exception of contracted transport companies for the purpose of delivering products. All data collected is used only as contact information within the organization. The operator uses the data for marketing and business purposes.
The operator combines all data in its own information system and the e-shop system. Any other system uses only fragments of data and is therefore not considered data in the GDPR.
The right to erasure of personal data
Everyone has the right to erasure of personal data. Just send an e-mail to eshop@gurufarm.cz with the subject of deletion of personal data. Please include your full name in the body of the email.
